Voice Planner is a personal calendar and task manager for Android and iOS. Say “dentist next Tuesday at 3 pm” in whatever language you speak, and the entry appears in your calendar. Optionally, everything stays in sync with your Google Calendar and Google Tasks, both ways.
Create, move, and delete events with a spoken sentence. The assistant understands natural phrasing, not rigid commands, and works across languages rather than a fixed list of them.
Connect your Google account and your existing events and dated Google Tasks appear in the app. Anything you add or change in the app is written back to Google.
Entries are saved on the device first and uploaded when you are back online, so a weak connection never loses an appointment.
Per-event reminders with quiet hours, so a 7 a.m. meeting doesn't wake you at 6 a.m. if you asked the app not to.
A floating button can sit on top of other apps. Tap it, say the appointment, and it is filed without leaving what you were doing.
Alongside the calendar, keep checklists — shopping, packing, anything — separate from your scheduled entries.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional, and the app asks only for what it needs to do the job: permission to see and edit your calendar events, and to manage your tasks. It never requests access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or files.
Data received from Google APIs is used solely to display and manage your own schedule inside the app. It is never sold, never used for advertising or profiling, never transferred to anyone other than the service providers required to run the app, and never read by a person except with your consent, for security reasons, or where the law requires it. Voice Planner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google at any time from the app's profile screen, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
Speech is converted to text by your phone's own speech recognition. Audio recordings are never sent to us or stored by us — only the recognised text of your command is sent to Google's Gemini model so it can be turned into a calendar entry.
Voice Planner is currently in testing and is not yet published on Google Play. It is built by Jakub Woźnicki, an individual developer.
